1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using northernchems.ca ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site or purchase any products.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Northern Chems are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and pre-clinical research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of human use. By purchasing, you certify that you are a qualified researcher and accept full responsibility for the proper handling, use, and disposal of these products.

3. FDA & Regulatory Disclaimer

The statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Northern Chems is a chemical supplier — we are not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility under sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

4. Orders, Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept payment by Interac e-Transfer and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT). Orders are processed only after full payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

5. Shipping

Orders ship from Ontario, Canada. Free same-day shipping is available on orders over $250 CAD. Northern Chems is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. You assume full responsibility for compliance with all import laws and customs requirements in your jurisdiction.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once an order has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@northernchems.ca and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties. We use your information solely to fulfill your orders, communicate about your purchases, and (with your consent) send promotional emails about discounts and new products. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Northern Chems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. The customer acknowledges that there are risks in handling, using, and distributing these products and certifies that they have the proper equipment, facilities, and personnel for managing those risks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product information — is the property of Northern Chems and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Northern Chems reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
